From my initial service call request to the time the technician left my home, I did not have to worry or have any doubts on their professionalism and workmanship. If you need HVAC work look no further than FLO Home Services. This is the most honest trade company I have encountered. I used FLO (Jeremy and Jon) for some routine work and during it the guys discovered I had a huge hole in some of my duct work. Brian the owner got me scheduled for the next day and Jeremy and Jon did a great job not only of fixing the primary issue but also corrected a few smaller things they found along the way.

The whole team is super nice and respectful. The guys went out of the way to keep the inside of my house clean and were very considerate about loud sounds around my napping children. Brian the owner personally reached out to me about both jobs they did and gave me a very fair price. I won’t use any other HVAC company in the future and you shouldn’t either. Quick response, great service. They have trustworthy technicians and will definitely be using them again. It’s hard to find good contractors nowadays so it’s a relief to not have to worry about my HVAC systems.

After experiencing days without air conditioning and receiving incorrect diagnostics from another company, we were relieved when flow home services came to our rescue. They arrived within a couple hours of our call and accurately identified the issue, which was completely different from what the previous technician has suggested. Not only did they diagnose the problem correctly. Would they also fix it during the same visit. Their professionalism, honesty and efficiency turned a frustrating situation into a positive experience. My wife and I arrived at our house from MD with a broken AC unit. I reached out to different HVAC companies late that night. Received a phone call 630 the next morning and had Jeremy the tech come by a little after 8am.Fixed everything and got us back up and running. Extremely happy with everyone from FLO Home Services and 100% would use them again.

FLO Home Services is top notch!! I was having some issues with my unit not cooling, so I made a phone call and they were at my home within the hour! I was very appreciative since I have a 15 month old who needed to stay cool through the night. Jeremy, one of their experienced technicians, repaired my unit in about fifteen minutes. He was courteous, knowledgeable and professional! I would refer this company to anyone looking for a reasonably priced and honest technician to address any of their AC needs!!
